About

Glacier Ski Club, operating out of Mount St. Louis Moonstone for over 10 years, offers a competitive, high quality ski-racing program within a fun family environment.  Glacier is a member Alpine Ontario South Division providing competitive racing with other clubs around Southern Ontario.

Our qualified coaches provide advanced training for young skiers who want to improve their skills, and build a strong technical foundation to take their skiing to the next level. Our programs develop and support a passion for skiing in a fun and competitive environment.  Our coaches are certified by the Canadian Ski Coach Federation, ensuring excellence in ski coaching - providing current techniques and methodologies with annual professional development.

Racers will develop their skills, learn to ski gates, progressing to slalom and giant salmon racing – edging and carving like never before!  Racers from age 7 to 20 build their technique and racing skills progressing through the different levels of Alpine Ontario & Alpine Canada age groups.

Glacier Ski Club is a non-profit, professionally operated competitive ski club based on a child supportive and full family participation structure.

Volunteer parents run the club in compliance with Alpine Ontario requirements, through a board of directors and a host of other volunteers.  As a volunteer based club, we strongly encourage members to get involved – manage a team, become an Alpine Ontario official, help run the races or organize a club social event. Most of all is it about developing our young skiers while experiencing the joy and fun of skiing.
