Channels of Communication at Glacier Ski Club
- Ski Club Pro
- Ski Club Pro is the club's registration system.
- Announcements from the board of directors, coaches, and team managers are sent via email and/or text messages regularly during the season and off-season.
- Parents can update their profile to include their athlete in communications.
- WhatsApp
- Each team has its own WhatsApp group
- All registered families will receive an email invitation. Email admin@glacierskiclub.com to request access if you did not receive an invite.
- Newsflash
- A Newsflash is emailed weekly during the regular ski season with important updates. Less frequent updates are sent during the off-season.
- Archived versions are available on the website front page.
- Registration for the Newsflash can be made via the website front page and through Ski Club Pro.
- Calendar
- A calendar of events is published on the website and updated as events are made available.
- Users can subscribe to the calendar on the phone/table/Outlook/etc.... Instructions can be found here.
- IVolunteer.com
- To manage all of the volunteer events and activities, members will be invited to sign-up at glacier.ivolunteer.com throughout the course of the season.
- The volunteer system will contact you to confirm your attendance and remind you about your upcoming events.
- Event coordinators may contact you through this system directly.
